The Guinea Fowl Tribe

Birds are often rescued as individuals or as established flocks. They are wonderful characters in the sanctuary.

Very friendly, very good at raising the alarm.  Free ranging, roost in the tree by the house  Will turn up at random times and will run all over the property - they can fly but prefer to run  Can be very loud if they see/sense a predator and will go on the attack – foxes, goannas, snakes, random visitors…
